Handmade & 3D Printed Product Notice

Many of our accessories are created using 3D printing technology. Because of the nature of this process, subtle layer lines or small variations may be visible on the surface. These characteristics are normal for 3D printed items and are part of what makes each piece unique.
Rhinestone & Handmade Items

Some items in our shop are hand embellished with rhinestones. Because these are applied by hand, slight variations in placement may occur. Each piece is crafted individually, which means no two items will be exactly identical.
Handmade Item Variations

All items in our shop are handmade and produced individually rather than mass manufactured. Minor variations between pieces may occur due to the nature of handcrafted and made-to-order products. These small differences do not affect the functionality or quality of the item.
Compatibility Notice

Our cup accessories are designed to fit common tumbler and reusable straw sizes.

Most straw accessories are available in:

• 8mm – standard reusable straws

• 10mm – larger straws commonly used in 40oz tumblers

Please review product descriptions carefully to select the correct size for your cup.
Care Instructions

To help keep your items looking their best:

3D Printed Accessories

• Hand wash only

• Do not place in dishwasher

• Avoid prolonged exposure to high heat

Rhinestone Items (cups, apparel, accessories)

• Hand wash only for drinkware

• Do not soak rhinestone items

• Avoid high heat or harsh scrubbing

• Turn apparel inside out and wash gently if applicable

Rhinestone embellishments are applied securely but should still be handled with care.
Intellectual Property Notice

All designs, products, images, and digital files are original creations and are protected by intellectual property rights. Items may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
Processing & Production Time

All items are made to order.

Please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships.

Some items require several hours to print or complete due to the production process.

For rhinestone embellished items, additional time is required for adhesives to fully set. Please allow an additional 24–48 hours before shipment for rhinestone styles.

During high order volume or holidays, production times may extend slightly. We always work to ship orders as quickly as possible.
When will I get my order?

Shipping times depend on the carrier and your location once your order has been completed.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is an error with your order or the item arrives damaged.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review the situation and assist.
